The Sigma P5 and Lambda P9 Portable Ultrasounds from Whale Imaging are rugged and reliable machines. In the rare event that your ultrasound or transducer requires repair, Whale Imaging offers an optional loaner program to minimize your downtime.
Standard 5-Year Back to Base Warranty
We are so confident in our products that we offer a five-year standard warranty* on our ultrasound systems. This industry-leading warranty ensures hospitals and practices can buy our ultrasounds with confidence.
Software Upgrades
Whale Imaging will make all essential upgrades to existing software version as determined by Whale at no charge. For new software version upgrades, there will be a variable charge.
*System main console and cart warranty is five years, excluding lithium battery which has a two year warranty. Transducers have a two year warranty with a five year upgrade option. Subject to Whale Imaging Terms and Conditions available upon request.
